About

Join Crystal Bunch as she provides education on the history of the Mala and Mala's are used for. After the Mala discussion Crystal will walk the attendees through the steps to making their very own traditional Malas. Class will end with a meditation in which the Malas that are crafted are used. Materials will be provided and you are more than welcome to bring a charm or something special to add to your Mala.

About the Instructor: 

Crystal moved to Moab in 2018 after traveling to the area frequently for over a decade. Crystal is a wellness practitioner and owner of Mindful Movement Moab. Crystal is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, A 200 Hour Certified Mindfulness Teacher, and also a Reiki Master. You can find Crystal teaching around town teaching in studio classes as well as community classes. In addition to practicing wellness, she can also be found at KZMU where she is currently the Music Director.

Class will be held in the Stage room.
