How do I reserve space at the MARC?

Complete the Rental Application.  Check our availability on our Rental Calendar. Next, book and pay for your space, date and time through our booking website. 

 

Do I have to include set up and tear down time in my reservation?

Yes, you must reserve and pay for all the time that you will be in the space/building.

How far in advance do I have to reserve space at the MARC?

48 hours is ideal. Our offices are closed on the weekends so reservations made on the weekend, won't be approved until Monday morning. You cannot reserve more than 180 days out.

How do I pay for my rental?

Create an account as a "Community Member" on our booking website Proximity then select your room and time. You can also call us at 435.259.6272 to pay with a credit card or you can swing by the office to pay with cash or a check.

What is included in my rental fee?

The use of space at the MARC as well as WIFI, tables, chairs, small PA system, projector and screen are included in your rental fee.

What is the room capacity?

The Dance Room has a maximum capacity of 110 humans, the Stage Room has a maximum capacity of 80 humans, the Side Yard has a maximum capacity of 100 humans 

​

How many chairs are available at the MARC?

We have 120 stacking black chairs.

​

How many tables are available at the MARC?

We have 18 tables measuring 30"x72" and 14 tables measuring 18"x72".

Do I have to rent the full facility for my wedding?

Yes, we only do full facility rentals for weddings as these events disturb other rentals and events that may want to reserve the space at the same time.

Do I have to rent the full facility for a reception or gathering?

You don't have to. However, we are a community building so there could be a Community Dance Band rehearsal or a children's Birthday Party happening at the same time in another room.

Does the MARC provide linens?

The MARC has 12 stretchy black banquet table cloths and 12 draping black table cloths.
