How do I reserve space at the MARC?
Complete the Rental Application. Once our staff receives this application, we will contact you to complete the rest of your paperwork and to pay your deposit. You can see our availability on our Rental Calendar.
Do I have to include set up and tear down time in my reservation?
Yes, you must reserve and pay for all time that we block off for you on the calendar.
How far in advance do I have to reserve space at the MARC?
The sooner the better, we book up fast! At least 2 weeks in advance is ideal. More time is best for private parties and weddings.
When do I pay for my rental?
A fee of 20% of your total is due at the time of reservation to hold your spot on the calendar and the remaining balance is due one month before your event.
How do I pay for my rental?
You can call us at 435 259 6272 to pay with a credit card or you can swing by the office to pay with cash or a check.
What is included in my rental fee?
The use of space at the MARC as well as WIFI, tables, and chairs are included in your rental fee.
What is the room capacity?
The Dance Room has a maximum capacity of 110 humans, the Stage Room has a maximum capacity of 80 humans, the Side Yard has a maximum capacity of 120 humans, and the Foyer has a maximum capacity of 85.
How many chairs are available at the MARC?
We have 130 stacking black chairs.
How many tables are available at the MARC?
We have 25 tables measuring 30"x72" and 14 tables measuring 18"x72".
WEDDINGS
Do I have to rent the full facility for my wedding?
Yes, we only do full facility rentals for weddings as these events disturb other rentals and events that may want to reserve the space at the same time.
Does the MARC provide linens?
The MARC has 12 stretchy black banquet table cloths and 12 draping black table cloths.
Does the MARC have a preferred catering company in town?
No, most caterers in town have worked events at the MARC and are familiar with the space. You can find a list of local services in our Wedding Resources.
