This course is intended for any small business owners or entrepreneurs who seek to create and scale a successful social media program. By covering 3 key pillars of Content, Community Engagement and Customer experience participants will walk away with actionable ideas and best practices. Participants will learn general principles of how social media can enhance their reach and increase sales + affinity among their customers. Consider it a 101 class that will open the door to further understanding of the benefits of social media and walk away with some exciting ideas to implement into your business strategy today.
About the Instructor: Amanda Gray is a customer experience professional with over a decade of experience in building thriving and engaged social media programs. From supporting non-profits like Michael Franti’s “Do it for the Love” to larger, B Corp-certified direct-to-consumer companies like ButcherBox. Amanda brings empathy, curiosity, and creativity to the work she does in helping to inspire meaningful programs for businesses that have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Her passion for creating exceptional customer care comes from a deep understanding of how businesses can meet the unique needs of their customers.
